    Precision carving machine maintenance requirements

    Fine carving machine is a very precise CNC equipment, its processing movement is completed by the precise mechanical movement mechanism, in order to ensure the normal use of fine carving machine must often be fine carving machine maintenance, specific requirements are as follows:


    1. Daily maintenance (it is suggested that the maintenance work should be carried out every day)


    1) clean up the work site every day, keep the machine tool clean and tidy, and release cutting fluid in time when using cutting fluid to avoid unnecessary load on the bed, which may reduce the accuracy and service life of the equipment! Must avoid processing debris peeler drain hole, otherwise it will lead to excessive cutting fluid, resulting in other parts of the fine carving machine fault;


    2) check the storage of cooling fluid of the spindle before use every day, open the cooling machine to ensure smooth flow of cooling fluid;


    3) clean the spindle taper hole, clamp head and pressure cap every day;


    4) when using equipment with automatic lubrication function, it is necessary to observe whether the automatic lubrication pump works normally every day, observe the lubricating oil reserves in the oil tank of the automatic lubrication oil pump, and timely add lubricating oil to the oil tank.


    2. Regular maintenance (the following work shall be carried out once every three months)


    1) take apart the cover of the X-axis and clean the chips and dirt on the screw rod and guide rail (with silk cloth);


    2. Remove the upper protection plate or cover of the Y-axis, clean the chips and dirt on the screw rod and guide rail (with silk cloth), and clean the waste chips under the working table, check whether the connection of the Y-axis origin switch and stroke limit switch is loose, and whether the connection is reliable;


    3), open the Z axis cover, and the connection plate cover, clean up the chip on the lead screw and guide rail and dirt (silk), check whether there is any loose on the Z axis connecting plate, check whether there is any looseness on drag link connection board, check Ⅹ axis origin switch board and travel limit switch collision block if there is a change, whether screw loose;


    4) check the connection of the connecting cable, enter the port information interface to detect the status of each signal bit and the motion characteristics of each axis, and confirm the correctness and make the equipment operate normally when empty, which means the regular maintenance has been completed.
