    How to use the fine carving machine

    Material opening: the glass is cut into 15 to 20 C larger than the product, and it goes into the single tank for ultrasonic cleaning and then goes to the next step for production. Shape the materials from the open materials into shapes consistent with the drawings provided by customers; If you choose glass engraving machine with high precision, speed and stable performance, many products can be used without using the side link, and can bring you a more accurate shape size.


    (2) slot opening: the product with slot required shall be slotted by a stable and accurate fine carving machine;


    (3) reverse side: the product completed by the side of the car is processed for edge grinding. The product meets the requirements of appearance and performance according to the requirements of the customer.


    (4) fine carving: mainly process glass products that cannot be achieved by general processes such as punching and opening steps, or replace the processes such as side cutting, groove opening and edge rewinding. But the sale price of the fine carving machine is not cheap, many manufacturers are still made according to the traditional process; But you can carefully calculate, after saving the first three processes, you can reduce how much expenditure? (equipment, labor, electricity, floor space) and make more sophisticated products for you; After the precise carving, it should also go into the single groove and be cleaned and polished.


    (5) flat grinding: the surface finish of the products with inverted edges should be required, and the thickness of glass should be controlled. This process is indispensable, and good quality flat grinding equipment should be selected.


    (6) after the products are cleaned and cleaned, the surface hardness and impact resistance of the glass will be improved, so as to meet customer requirements; It should be ground for several minutes before and after the steeling. Then, it should be cleaned by ultrasonic and entered into electroplating or silk-printing process. The glass lens that needs to be toughened shall be selected before being toughened.


    (7) electroplating/screen printing: the white sheet products finished by plain grinding shall be plated or screen printing effect treatment to achieve the effect required by glass lenses;


    (8) lens cleaning: the silk-screen or electroplating deplating good lenses, and the ultrasonic cleaning agent should be added to clean them, and the cleaning effect is not allowed to have scratches, watermark, white spots, finger printing, grinding powder, dust residue on them, and the dust-free workshop effect must be treated well.


    (9) packaging: cleaning, inspection and packaging shall be carried out for the products which have achieved the effect treatment and meet the customer's requirements. The product shall be packed with low-adhesion protective film and no bubble shall be observed during the film covering.
