    It is inevitable that the machine will encounter some failures in the production process. Here is a look at the reasons why the engraving machine cannot start:



    1. The engraving machine cannot be started


    Once started, the external drive fuse will burn out and the equipment will not work. When the repairman was introspection, he found that a power tube had been damaged, but because there was no data, he couldn't figure out the function of the tube. He thought it was the power driven forward, so he replaced it with a power tube. After the power was turned on, the insurance was burned again, and the tube was also damaged.


    2. Analysis of reasons why the engraving machine could not start


    The initial analysis woodworking engraving machine is the insurance repeatedly fuses, by professional maintenance personnel introspection. There must be some abnormal high current in the driver, and a power tube is damaged. But the function of the tube is not clear. Theoretically, the stepper motor is driven by the power supply, and the stepper motor is started at high voltage, so it needs to accept high voltage and large current. Static introspection reveals that in the circuit of the pulse ring distributor, the resistance from the power supply to the ground side is very small, but there is no short circuit. According to the analysis of the number of components in the circuit and its power consumption, the resistance value from the power source to the ground end should not be so small, so it is suspected that there are components in the circuit damaged.


    The floating knife head is literally on the carving plane and can float up and down within a certain range. The main axis can slide up and down in the direction of the z-axis. When using the floating tool head, the focus is on adjusting the distance between the floating tool head and the tool tip, and the carving can be done on the uneven plane of a large area, while the carving depth is different. Many international engraving machines all say that their own engraving machines have floating cutter head, but some floating cutter head is only a complicated nose, used to press the processed object, can not play a good role, or else the motor is too heavy to float, maybe scratch the processed surface. Or the motor is not enough light power so that constitutes a problem.


    3. The engraving machine cannot start the solution


    1) replace the stepper motor power supply driver tube with a voltage withstand current of equal power to further confirm the achievements of the chip.


    2) restore the power pin of the chip and replace each winding of the stepping motor with a light-emitting diode circuit for the simulated load. After energizing, all the leds are on, that is, all the windings are energized. This is the input step pulse that does not meet the requirements of the circuit, and there is no echo. Therefore, it is confirmed that the chip is damaged. However, there is no such chip in the market. When the space in the drive housing allows, a combined circuit is adopted. Namely, a ring pulse generator is designed by combining the existing d-flip-flop and nand gate, which is manufactured on a small printed circuit board. The led is still used as the simulated load, and the step pulse is added to emit light in sequence after electrification.


    3) remove the simulated load, access the host computer, power on, and the equipment operates
