Assembly principle of precision carving machine
In addition to power and necessary components to ensure the normal operation of the machine, the most important thing is to ensure the assembly accuracy, that is, the machine in operation to ensure the X-axis direction, Y-axis direction, z-axis direction travel error.
The basic operating principle of the fine carving machine is: the screw is driven by the motor, and the working table is driven to run on the track (guide rail) during the screw rotation. The electrical part controls the action of the motor.
The most important component that affects the travel error is the guide rail and the screw rod. The travel error requirements for each axis are:
Two guide rails should be at the same height (flatness);
Two guides are also parallel (parallelism);
The height between the two rails and the screw rod is relatively equal (that is, the length direction height difference is equal).
The two guide rails are parallel to the screw rod.
The vertical error requirements of each axial direction are:
X and Z are perpendicular;
X and Y are perpendicular;
The Y-axis is perpendicular to the X-axis.
